With so many answers to this question the result needs to be good for you, and what I mean by that is whether your in a fine dining bistro with a sommelier at the table, or in your local wine outlets don’t be scared to describe what you like and dislike, after all these are professionals with all the tools to help you with your wine choice.
Having said that there isn’t a lot wrong with changing into a your own wine critic, try experimenting, the right way to find out about wine is to get out of your comfort area.
